Characteristics
. Rigorous selection of grasses and leguminous seeds with high production.
. Fast initial growth – with early sowing grazing allowed after 40 to 50 days.

Reasons for sowing
. High protein content and excellent digestibility.
. High yields in continuous, rotational or intermittent grazing and in multiple cuts.
SPEEDMIX Handling
. The first cut (by grazing or mechanical), when the ryegrass has 8-9 leaves, improves the crop’s homogeneity and controls weeds, improving its floristic composition.
. When cutting for hay or silage, animals should be removed and let the crop rest in order to obtain a higher fodder production when cut.
. For a better quality/quantity ratio, the last cut for hay or silage should be done when 30-40% of the leguminous plants are flowering.
